“jonah and the team did a fantastic job installing our carpet in our 2 bedrooms. jonah was very knowledgeable while we were in the store picking out what we thought we wanted and answered all our questions while we were there. the installers showed up on time, both very nice and professional, in and out in about half the quoted time, and even took some extra carpet we had laying around that was trash so they could throw it away too. the price also came in comparable to other box stores around the area (and that's including the "discount" the box stores say you're getting).

“Needed some carpet in my finished basement. When I was at Lowe's looking for carpet, I stood around looking like a dumbo waiting for service that never came. Left and went to Flooring correct. I was in there several times trying to choose which carpet I wanted. Every person I talked to was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. It really is a family run business. I met the co-owners, their mom/MIL, and even a brother who was filling in one day.

They all were a pleasure to talk to and I never felt pressured to buy one product over another. Everyone there was able to explain the difference between carpets. I was able to even bring as many samples as I liked home to test in the lighting of my own home.

After going nuts for a couple of months trying to figure out what to get to replace our floor. I'm disabled in a power wheelchair and I was convinced sheet vinyl was the best for my chairs.
We were doing the Home Depot, Lowe's, Hoods, Menards circuit trying to figure out pricing and so forth. My wife just happened to stop by on her way home and met Jonah. Couple days later I went in to see the store with her and met Jonah. He had just installed this luxury vinyl plank and was very impressed with how it came out. 15 minutes later we were ordering our floor. I was very skeptical and frankly a little rude arguing with Jonah about the planks separating because of my chair.
